The conference proceedings will be published by IEEE Computer Society (indexed by EI, IEE INSPEC, Thomson ISI) and will be available at the conference. Submitted papers should be prepared in IEEE style and should not exceed 6 pages.

A selected number of accepted and personally presented papers will be expanded and revised for possible inclusion in special issues in the following prestigious international journals:
