l        At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay the fee by 3 Dec. 2008 for including the paper in the proceedings. We must receive the payment – it must be booked on conference account - by 3 Dec. 2008. Only paid and registered papers will appear in the conference proceedings published by Conference Publishing Services (note: the bank transfer payment requires about 10 days to be booked on the conference account).

l        The conference registration fee in (1) and (2) includes admission to all conference sessions, a CD copy of the Conference Proceedings, a hard copy of book of abstracts, coffee break refreshments, 3 lunches, one person Welcome Reception, one person Banquet entrance, and one place in the tour to Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park (The World Heritage Site).

l        The conference registration fee in (4) includes admission to all conference sessions, the book of abstracts, conference bag, coffee break refreshments. Warning: Amount limited!

l        The Extra Paper option is only available to "Author's Registration" and the price covers a single additional page – multiple pages require multiple payment. Please note that besides additional page payment the registration of paper is necessary.

l        Only papers personally presented at the conference will be considered for invitation to the planned special issues for the ISI, SCI journals in the post-conference publication.

I. For conference registration in (1) and (2):

If you use on-line registration the credit card details form is automatically generated by the system during the registration process. Please print the form, sign it and send to us by fax: +48-71-3204352. For additional procedures, please follow the on-screen instructions.

If you use registration by fax please fill in the registration form providing the credit card details. Further, please send the signed copy of the document by fax to +48-71-3204352.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Author registration cannot be cancelled.
In other cases, cancellation before February 15, 2009 will be refunded by substracting processing fees (depending on the payment method). After February 15, 2009, cancellation is not available in any case.
